Yesterday was field day #2. This is the one we have participated in every year and love because it's with our friends. Julia and Kat are now too old to compete in it, but they helped run events (Julia helped with the crab walk and Kat helped wrangle preschoolers). Elliott dressed to compete in the K-3rd grade division, but when he got there and saw that his friends were all in the 4th-6th grade division, he changed to the older division (which is why he isn't wearing a red shirt). He did very well, even against older boys. He got first in the potato sack race, 2nd in running, crabwalk, the hula hoop roll, and the soccer kick, and 3rd in kneeball. Lucy got 3rd place in the sack race.
