Lucy got her braces off! We got her a caramel apple to celebrate.

Clay got his eye poked in jiu jitsu yestersday morning. After lunch he was so miserable that we dropped him off at an urgent care near Old Mamaw’s place and Julia and I went to visit Old Mamaw. They numbed his eye and looked at it under a bright light. No cuts, just blunt trauma and some swelling. 

Julia and I had a nice visit with Old Mamaw.

These two carved a pumpkin. Madi had a choir concert and then a softball game. Elliott cheered her on.

We were supposed to carve pumpkins last night too, but I had to run to the pharmacy for Clay and then we drove across town to pick up a barbell and bench set that Clay purchased on Marketplace.

Hopefully Julia and Lucy have time to carve their pumpkins today.

College girl #1 is home for fall break! She hasn’t been home since Easter.

Elliott and Madi helped at a trunk or treat last night.

Clay took Elliott and Madi to the UK vs Texas Tech basketball game last night. We won.

I went to a cooking class at Julie’s house tonight. She taught us several different ways to cook vegetables.

Lucy had CrossFit yesterday after school.

She and her friends always play volleyball before and after youth group

I am working on VBS crafts. I am making highland cows for the kids to color with markers. We are going to turn them into magnets. 150 done. 200 to go!

After Caleb’s party, I took Lucy and Roselyn to KY Kingdom for their fall festival. I have never seen it so crowded. The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular moved from a city park to KY Kingdom. It was still very cool.
