Doesn’t everyone take a blanket to the movies? I took Kat and Lucy to see the Hunger Games movie last night.

Clay bought a new flight simulator that he and Elliott have already logged many hours on. When we weren’t watching the UK bowl game or the UK basketball game, the flight simulator was on our TV.

I am trying to make an effort to be more active.

Happy Birthday Nonna!

We went to Top Golf and then Grandpa and LuLu took the kids shopping with Christmas money.

We made a pit stop at Puppygram where LuLu fell in love with this French bulldog. Lacey needs a sister. 

December 28

Christmas decorations are put away

Lucy and Abbie went to Dave and Busters with Mamaw and Bapaw as their birthday presents. 

Elliott let me cut three inches off his hair.

Grandpa and Lulu arrived last night and took us out for dinner. I gave Grandpa my phone and told him to get a selfie with everyone. This was the best one he took. See below for the others…

December 27

We took Julia, Ayden, and Elliott to lunch and the zoo yesterday. Lucy hung out with Abbie, Mamaw, and Bapaw. Kat wanted to stay home.

December 26

We were done opening gifts by 8:30am. We literally had the laziest day ever after that. Clay grilled out steaks and I made sides for lunch. Otherwise, we napped (okay, I napped), we watched a movie, played a game, and just laid around all day long.

Merry Christmas!

We went to the candle lit service at church.

Mamaw and Bapaw came back to the house and had Chinese food and read “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas”.

We watched Christmas Vacation, worked on an puzzle, and then watched home videos from Christmases when the kids were little.
