June 13

Mamaw Pat rescued Elliott from all the girls today by taking him to KY Kingdom and then to her house to spend the night. At one point today I had 8 kids in my house - and only 1 boy!

 Little people love slime too.

Julia and Lucy had their annual well-child appointments this afternoon. Lucy did fine... until about 30 seconds after I took this picture when she realized she was going to have her finger pricked. She was so worked up about it that the lady decided to wait until after the doctor had seen the kids before she'd come back and prick Lucy's finger. Well, Lucy cried the whole time and barely was able to get it together enough to speak to the doctor. Then, after she finally was done with the finger prick she said, "That only hurt for a second!" That girl. Good thing she is cute. She is in the 12th percentile for height and 40th for weight. Julia is in the 47th percentile for height and 58th for weight.

Tonight Julia and Bethany made us crepes and peach smoothies for dinner, followed by pan au chocolat for dessert. Yum!

The girls decided to have a "Try not to laugh challenge". It's a thing. They filled their mouths with water and then watched funny videos (they were on the table across from them). When they laughed, they sprayed water.
