Clay and the girls went on a pirate expedition this morning. We HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting Hilton Head. It's the Shannon Tanner Pirate Expedition. So much fun! We lucked out with the weather. It stormed last night and it was a little drizzly at the beginning, which held off the crowds (usually about 150 kids participate, and we had around 20). Kat didn't really want to do it (I think she was nervous about the pirates), but when it was over, the first thing she said was that she wanted to do it again! The kids got to go on a boat and shoot water cannons at Trader Luke (a bad pirate), see dolphins, have sword fights, drive the boat, and at the end they used the treasure map they got from Trader Luke to find a treasure!
