Lucy and Elliott went to a birthday party Saturday afternoon at the neighbor’s house. Every one of the kids that were invited were neighbors. I love that Elliott and Lucy have so many kids their age living so close. When we first bought our house, it was our family and a bunch of elderly people. Now we have a lot more families and still some sweet elderly neighbors.
Most of Lucy’s friends at church moved into the youth group (6th graders). Thankfully she has some sweet 5th grade girls to hang out with this year.
Amelia came home from church with us for a few hours.
Lucy made buttermilk biscuits for the state fair. We dropped them off at the state fairgrounds for judging.
Look! A picture of the 15 year-old!!! Kat is third from left in case you forgot what she looks like. She is pouting because these are some of her work supervisors and they are heading to college so she won’t see them again until next summer.
When the weekend has been non-stop go, go, go! Ugh!
