Happy Anniversary to us! Lucky #13!
This morning the girls had achievement testing across town. There was a bad accident that had the freeway backed up 5 exits, so we had to zigzag backroads to get there and we barely made it on time! Talk about making your anxious children even more nervous! Both girls thought testing was "fun" and are ready to go back tomorrow for the second and final day. Who the heck think testing is fun!?! Not me!
I also got a voicemail this morning from DCBS that I have been approved by the commissioner to start foster parent training. I had to receive special permission since I used to do child protection for the state. Woot! Clay and I will start that training in July.
