The kids saw a picture of a mailbox made out of a cardboard box on Pinterest yesterday, so we made one and they played with it for hours. Success!
Last night Tracy babysat so Clay and I could have a date night. We saw the movie "Mom's Night Out". It was cute. There was alot of laughter in the theater. We went to Lowe's afterward to buy tile for our bathroom project. Well, the tile we selected (back in December) is now being liquidated! We purchased what they had and Clay is spending today going to a couple of stores to purchase their tile. The good news is that it's now cheaper because it's on clearance! The bad news is that the money we are saving on tile, we will pay in gas to drive all around buying up tile!
The kids and I got up early this morning to do the March of Dimes walk with my friend Aimee and her family/friends. As we were loading up the van, it was thundering and lightning, but we ended up with overcast skies and great temps.
Trying to stay warm early this morning.
Ryan (bug dude in the middle) was born 7 weeks early and spent time in the NICU. You'd never know it now! Our little Lucy (the one screaming in this photo) was 5 weeks early, but was healthy and didn't have to spend any time in the NICU.
We figured out today that we've been friends for almost 19 years now! How old does that make us sound!?!
Ready to walk (or, um... ride).
