Julia supervised Lucy making pancakes for lunch for everyone. Lucy also took out the trash and swept without being asked. We know who will take care of us when we are old. Ha! Julia drove my Anatomy and Physic Science experiments/handouts to a co-op family. She also picked up a large popcorn from the movie theatre for Clay.
Public schools here announced last night that they have today off school and that they are going to have NTI Tues until at least Friday. Covid is so rampant right now that they didn’t have enough staff to safely operate. In our co-op, 8 out of 32 families are home sick today.
Clay was nearly 100% yesterday. I felt fine most of the day. My fever came back yesterday afternoon. I have a slight headache and mild congestion, but otherwise am fine. Bapaw tested positive yesterday and Mamaw has run a fever as well. Sounds like we’re in this together… isolated at our own homes. Clay says when this is done, he doesn’t want to be in this bedroom ever again. Ha! Only two days in… send chocolate!
