December 17

More crafts. I am trying to get as much done at home this week since the kids are on Christmas Break. That bottom one is watercolor paint dabbed onto a coloring sheet. The kids will use qtips and water to paint the paper. I had 100 copies of this paper all around the perimeter of multiple rooms.

December 16

Last night Lucy used some product in my hair to make it curly-ish

We spent a couple of hours at church making January/February crafts

It was a busy day. Elliott had physical therapy, then baseball practice, then his new job orientation. He will be a barista at a drive-thru coffee place.

December 14

Clay, Mamaw Pat, and I went to the UK vs IU basketball game last night. It was a lot of fun! We got some snow during the game which made for a long drive home. We got home at 1am. Elliott and Kat hung out with friends. Lucy and Abbie spent the night with Bapaw.

Charles Barkley and Dick Vitale were at Rupp to call the game for ESPN.

December 13

Lucy had friends over last night

Elliott had his sports physical. He’s in the 14th percentile for height, 85th% for weight. The boy is solid muscle.

We woke up to more snow! We have the 5th most snow for a December on record … so far!

December 9

Kat got home Sunday night and requested we have a family movie night and hot chocolate last night. She has one final exam left-online.

I attended a staff Christmas party at church. We played a few games and had some yummy food.

Clay took Elliott to a sports clinic yesterday morning because his elbow is bothering him. It started hurting during fall baseball. His first practice in December he threw the ball for five minutes and it started hurting again. He is supposed to rest it completely (no throwing, hitting, or lifting weights) for awhile. The NP that saw him said that it doesn’t appear anything is torn, based on resistance, etc. He has an evaluation with a physical therapist on Thursday.

December 8

Last night was kids choir rehearsal

Then we had the performance during our Combined Campus Celebration. I was in charge of this group of kids. They were squirrely during rehearsal, but did pretty good during the service.

Lucy was helping with childcare. We have alot of 1 and 2 year-olds!

I prepped 160 sugar cookies for the kids to decorate.
